Novel Targets for Immuno-oncology Approaches

I am interested in understanding disease and ageing associated immunological processes in order to develop novel intervention strategies. Currently my research is focused on identification and characterisation of novel targets for immuno-oncology approaches. This involves target prediction from patient-derived high-throughput sequencing data (overexpressed antigens, structural variants derived fusion neo-antigens), as well as their functional characterisation in-vitro for the envisioned clinical intervention strategy.
