Martin Löwer
Computational Immunogenomics
I am a computational immune-biologist focusing on the interaction of pathogens, diseased cells and the host immune system. My core expertise includes the computational modelling of the presentation of antigens derived from pathogens or genomic variants and their recognition by T-cell receptors, as well as the detection of genomic and transcriptomic variants from NGS data. Furthermore, I have experience in translating findings of basic biomedical research into clinical use.
